Who we are

innrs is a hybrid vacation-property platform where listings can be rented, swapped, or both from the same calendar. This policy describes what personal data we collect when you use innrs.com (the “Service”), how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), language preference.
  • Profile data: profile photo, bio, regions you’d like to swap into, ID-verification status (issued by Stripe Identity; we store only the result, not document images).
  • Listing data: property details, photos, addresses, calendar availability, swap preferences.
  • Transaction data: Stripe customer ID, membership renewal dates, affiliate-click events (no card numbers — those stay with Stripe).
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, session duration.
  • Communications: AI-support chat transcripts, messages between members.

How we use it

  • Operate the Service: authenticate you, render your listings, deliver swap proposals, send transactional email.
  • Improve the Service: aggregate usage patterns to prioritize features; review AI-support transcripts to improve the knowledge base.
  • Comply with the law: respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud, enforce Terms.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum personal data needed with operational vendors: Stripe (payments + ID verification), Mailgun (transactional email), Anthropic (AI support — see below), and our hosting provider. We never sell personal data.

AI support transparency

When you chat with the support widget, the conversation is processed by Anthropic’s Claude model. The model has access to the current page context and your member status, but not to your password or payment details. You can switch to a human agent at any time using the AI / Human toggle in the chat header. Logs are stored for quality review and may be redacted on request.

Your rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Export a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Object to certain processing (e.g., marketing).
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Retention

Account and listing data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion. Transaction records are kept for 7 years to satisfy tax obligations. Chat logs are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies for authentication and language preference. No third-party advertising cookies. A simple cookie banner will appear before public launch.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
