Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or otherwise using innrs.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
Who can use innrs
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
How innrs works
innrs is a marketplace. We connect travelers with hosts, and hosts with each other for swaps. We are not a party to any rental or swap agreement — those are between users directly.
For rentals, innrs links out to partner booking platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, and others). Bookings are completed on those platforms under their own terms.
For swaps, both members verify ID through Stripe Identity, agree on dates, and exchange access information directly. innrs does not hold deposits or process payments between swap members in the current MVP.
Membership and fees
- Browsing is free. Anyone can view listings and receive swap proposals.
- Member ($99/yr): required to send swap proposals. Auto-renews unless cancelled. 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time members.
- Innkeeper Starter / Pro ($19/mo / $49/mo): available to verified inn owners. Monthly billing, cancel any time.
- innrs may earn affiliate commissions when you complete a rental booking through a partner link. This doesn’t change the price you pay.
Your content
You retain ownership of the listings, photos, and messages you upload. You grant innrs a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content for the purpose of operating and marketing the Service.
Acceptable use
- No false, misleading, or harassing listings.
- No discrimination on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected class.
- No off-platform attempts to circumvent membership or fee structures.
- No scraping, automated access, or reverse-engineering of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, or if we’re required to by law. You can close your account at any time from your settings; closing does not refund prepaid membership for the remaining period beyond the 7-day window.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is.” innrs makes no warranty that listings will be available, that swaps will succeed, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, innrs’s liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Lisbon unless a different forum is required by mandatory law of your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
